Generic Voltaren (Diclofenac) 100mg is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is prescribed to reduce pain caused by arthritis or acute injury and inflammation. It can decrease menstrual pain, dysmenorrhea. Voltaren may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Voltaren works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
It is recommended to take the medicine as it was prescribed by your doctor. Take it with a glass of water. Swallow pill the whole. Do not exceed your recommended dose.
Before starting your treatment with Voltaren inform your doctor if you have allergy to it, Parkinson's disease, kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure; if you are pregnant or breastfeed. Do not drink alcoholic beverages and smoke. Middle aged people can be sensitive to the medicine.
